Inspection Resolution

Normally, the Seller would prepare what is known as an Inspection Resolution to present to the Buyer before the Inspection Resolution date in the contract. The Buyer has a couple of options, one is to accept the resolution as provided or to terminate the contract. 


It should also be noted that if a Seller is wanting to get out of a contract for any reason and decides to just not agree to any repairs, this does not mean the contract is terminated. The Buyer always has the option to withdraw their initial objections and proceed with the sale.
