There is no need to pay a lot to sell your home. The process to sell is so automated now that it makes listing a home on the MLS a fairly quick process and signing online is also a much easier process. Where you will need to most service is when a contract is received and having a skilled Agent and a tough advocate negotiating in your behalf is what is going to help you net the money from the sale of your home.
